Paulina Abascal, a renowned Mexican chef specialized in pastry, was invited by a Belgian company to develop a mould that would represent her work. Paulina approached us in order to develop the mould that would be submitted to the company.

She chose an inkwell and a feather as she has recently written several books on desserts and pastry. This project is still under development.
